8 month old still needing dream feed

Hi
My 8 month old daughter is eating three meals a day, 100g of main meal and a yoghurt or fruit pot for lunch and dinner and 21oz of milk.

If I don't give her 4oz at 10pm she will wake up hungry
at 2am, which is a complete no no for Mum now. I'm convinced it's hunger rather than habit that's waking her as I just know by the cry.

How can I incorporate this 4oz of formula into her day feeds and how much should she be eating quantity wise? She's not crawling yet.

Thanks

liz

Hi Christiana,

I should have said that I am giving her Hipp night time milk as her last feed. I was thinking that I might mix the 4 oz with her main meals as I often thin them out with water. Then at least I know that she's had all she needs to eat during the say.

Thanks
