Help! How much water when weaning?

Hi, I've been weaning 7 1/2 month old DD for 2 months now. We've moved onto 3 meals a day for the past couple of weeks and I've introduced protein at lunchtime. I've been offering water with lunch and dinner but I don't know how much water I should be allowing her to drink - I don't want her to get constipated through too little, but I don't want her filling up on water and not wanting milk.

Any idea how much she should be having? She's only little due to prematurity, so is only 12lb.

I just offered a couple of ounces in a lidded cup and let them drink what they wanted

Hi

I fill up my 8mo's beaker with cold tap water every morning (about 150ml) and it justs comes with us wherever we go in the house and out and about. I offer her a drink with all 3 meals and in between whenever I think of it!
Hope this helps
