Goats milk formula - ok from six months for use in cooking ??

DS is six months and has excema and his dad has multiple allergies and severe excemea. DS is breastfed but I struggle to express even enough to mix with food etc. We tried some hipp formula to mix with his veggies / porridge etc but he got a rash on his face and excema flared up.

Now Dp can tolerate goats products so I was looking into using goats formula for porridge etc but I see its not licensed for use under 1 in the EU.

Is this just as a main drink i.e. in fact formula? Is there any earthly reason it could be damaging to ds as a small supplement in his solids with complete breastfeeding on demand continued????
