8 month old refusing solids after illness

Help! My 8 month old daughter is refusing to take any solids after being ill with a throat infection/cold etc.
Before this she was onto 2-3 meals a day with finger foods/mashed foods etc.
Since being ill she will only have breast milk without fuss and cries whenever food is presented to her.
What can I do? Has anyone else experienced this?
I have tried to go back to foods she loves pureed in case she still has the remnants of a sore throat but she just cries. Do I have to start over again with the weaning process or will it just take time for her to settle into the eating thing again?
Thanks x

Just give her time, breastmilk is adequate 4 now. She will regain her interest in solids soon enuff (promise).

thanks for replying - turns out she is fine today, even managed to munch on scrambled eggs and (soggy) toast!
