Just a quick one cos I have been preoccupied with ds and his eating. So as I watched him (now twelve months) put away a fair quantity of pasta with pesto this evening, with some homemade chicken goujon and then the best part of a pot of yoghurt(still not sure if yoghurt an ideal finger food ), I wondered if it might reassure anyone whose baby has been relatively late to enjoying solids.

Yeah, our DS is nearly 8 months and he is just not interested in anything (apart from his milk), are there any signs when you knew he was ready to wean, from your experience?
