How much food/type to give?

my 6 mth old is very hungry and nearly 9.5 kg but apparently as we are tall this is fine.
I give him porridge for breakfast then for lunch and dinner organic veg pot and fruit/yoghurt and juice.
He also has three breast feeds a day.
Doesd that sound reasonable?

could you offer more breastfeeds (or other milk feeds) as 3 is not a lot for a 6 month old.

I was giving more breastfeeds than that - morning, mid-morning, mid-afternoon and bed time (plus during the night - he was still waking til 7 1/2months).

Why do you ask? Do y ou feel it's not working?

my ds is 6.5 months and has 5 breastfeeds a day (and two at night) plus porridge/toast for breakfast, veg and protein for lunch ie lamb casserole with fruit and yoghurt and then fruit and rice for dinner.
