Leftover lamb

We had a yummy roast leg of lamb yesterday for dinner. Have loadsa leftovers and want to use some to make baby food for DD, 7 months old. I want to make a gravy for her with Boots' baby stock cubes and add veg and puree it all together, give some for her lunch today, then freeze the rest. Is it ok for the lamb to be re-heated like this? We do purees btw, not BLW, so I'm NOT going to give it to her as finger food! Any other ideas greatly appreciated.
Tia.

if you are going to freeze the leftovers then I would cook up the rest of the food and let it cool before adding the lamb. Once the lamb is mixed then freeze what you want and reheat the portion you want to use today - that way the lamb will only be reheated once.

Thank you Seona. Good idea.
