Formula or cows milk

Was making Ready Brek for DS(and me) this morning and suddenly thought that I should be making it with formula. I had been making a big bowl with semi skimmed and then portioning a bit out for him and adding some fruit.
Should I be using formula, full fat or does it not really matter as long as he is getting his milk feeds as normal?

How old is he??

Cows milk is fine in food but I think it should be full fat.

(am presuming he's between 6 and 12 mo btw!)

You can use cows' milk in cooking from 6 months but it should be full fat. As long as his milk feeds are formula or bf then it's fine.
