Reflux baby weaning and constipated: HELP!

My baby had reflux, which cleared up within two weeks of medicine and homeopathy. Now she is thriving and happy. But the straining and difficulty with pooing she has always had has worsened. She often strains for 20 minutes, with tears streaming down her face and I even discovered some tears down below. If I give her broccoli or dried apricots/prunes she seems to be a bit more relaxed when she goes. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any foods I should be avoiding? She's eating everything I give her and loving it, with no other signs of discomfort. Any advice greatfully received.

how old is she?

She's six months this week. I started weaning her when she was 5 months and she's already tried toast, cheese and all the first stage vegetables and fruits (including dried ones)
