BLW- Reheating leftovers...?????

Hi all, we are pretty new to BLW, all is going very well so far, I just had a question re. reheating food.

We have some leftover pasta bologneise bake from last night, I have never been quite sure about general rules for reheating, if its for me I tend to just blast it in the mocrowave for way longer than necessary so I know its ok, but what should I do if I want to feed it to the baby (who is 6 and a half months if that makes any difference)?

Is it best to avoid reheating altogether?

SHould I reheat it and then cool it for her?

Are there general rules to follow when reheating? Is there anything cooked you can eat the next day cold from the fridge?

Thanks all

I just gave it to dd cold tbh

most homemade things are fine to do eat cold from the fridge so long as they've been cooked properly once, not just warmed up.
I wouldn't do it with (eg) readymeals.

I always reheated to piping hot and left it to cool down.

Be really careful re-heating anything with chicken - had bad experience with DD1. Need to make sure piping hot and then cool.
