Title says it all. 9 month old hasn't taken to sandwiches really an we're out for the day tomorrow. The other kids love sandwiches however and we need to leave sharpish in the morning - any suggestions? Wondering if i need to tke a hot lunch instead (though no thermos or heating facilities so pretty difficult).

Please help!

TIA

spanish omlette cut into strips is what I always do, mine love it and I make it the night before (not that quick though if you have to do it in the morning - sorry!)

breadsticks
falafels (M&S very good!)
hard boiled egg
ricecakes/oatcakes with sticks of cheese

Thanks!

I have time to do an omlette (never even crossed my mind), and have falafels in. Problem solved.

Cold pasta twirls or cut up cold pizza is always good.

Chicken kebabs are quick and easy.
