Because dd (22 weeks, or poosibly 23, I can't quite remember! ) just nicked one of my wedges and gummed it down!

I think about half of it went down, I hadn't noticed till dh said, "Oh, are we starting her on solids now?"

I had been thinking of starting BLW at 6 months, but maybe she has other ideas! I thought she still had her tongue thrust which is why I'd been waiting.

gluten and wheat best avoided until 6 months

Guess so lulu!! ;) She's been showing a lot of interest in, well, everything really - but especially food, but I'd been holding off because she wasn't showing any "true" signs IYSWIM.

I BLW'd ds, but he was much older before anything went down - I think she may be a much earlier eater!
