is it ok to give a 6 month old creme fraiche - mixed into food?

Eg. mixed in potato, with cheese to make a sauce etc?

I would say yes, you can use cow's milk in cereals at this age and can eat yoghurt etc. Maybe I am not up to date with new guidelines though.
