Ricotta - yay or nay?

DS is 11 months old - can he have ricotta, e.g. if it were cooked with tomatoes and pasta? Never sure if it's pasteurised or not...

And while I'm here...when can he try other cheeses like stilton or brie? (he comes from a long line of cheese-fiends, can you tell? ) It is after one or later?

Yes. Anything apart from whole nuts and honey.

Ricotta yes, it's pasteurised. Stilton or brie, I would probably wait a few more months or ask your GP.
