a minimum of 20oz is recommended up to 1 year. This doesnt all have to be in drink form as milk in cereal, in foods, cooking, etc also count as do any dairy products e.g. cheese, yoghurt, etc. At that age ds still had 4 feeds per day which were in between the solid feeds e.g.

7am - milk
8am - breakfast
11am - milk
12pm - lunch
2.30pm - milk
5pm - dinner
7.15pm - milk

caz, sounds just like my nearly 9 month old. he sometimes has a small morning feed bout 6/7ish but this depends on what kind of night we had(although he only feeds once in the night) he then has brekkie with milk then lunch with a yoghurt then sometimes a mid afternoon feed then tea usuallty with cheese or some other dairy product then milk feed bout 6.30/7pm.
What im trying to say is that i try and stuff him full of dairy as he's not really into his milk and im hoping that means he's getting his rda.
