storing food in the fridge

just made spag bog for 7.5 month dd from frozen mince - have 3 portions - can I keep them in the fridge for 48 hours from now before they should be chucked - know I can't refreeze. thanks!!!!

Spag bol (and anything with meat in a sauce, casserole or stew for example) tastes better afetr while in the fridge because it lets the flavours mingle.

48 hours will be fine.

I actually thught that while you can't re-freeze raw meat if you cook it you can then freeze it again.

if the meat (chicken, beef, fish, etc) was raw when it was first frozen then it can be re-frozen again once it has been cooked.
