What's your food/milk routine around 10mo?

Just interested - I'm working towards cutting out feeds and I'm not sure where to start!

DS currently has -

7.15ish - small BF
8.45ish - breakfast - hardly any this week!!
10ish - small BF before nap
12.30ish - lunch
2.30ish - BF before nap
5ish - dinner
7ish - BF before bed

during the night - anybody's guess on BFing!!!!!

ds was bottle fed but at 10 months his day was like this

7am - milk
8am - breakfast
10.30am - snack plus water
12pm -lunch
2.30 - milk (he dropped this by 11 months and was replaced with a snack and water)
5pm - dinner
7.15pm - milk

DS is 11 months, and we have been building the snacks in lately. I think we dropped the after meal feeds at about 10 months, but he was a very, very frequent feeder before.

My next aim was to drop the nap feed in the morning, as it's never a feed feed iyswim, but that would mean going out for two walks a day! I was hoping he's just drop that nap soon anyway.

6.30/7 - breastfeed
8 - breakfast
10/10.30 - breastfeed to sleep
11/11.30 - snack
12.30 - lunch
4 - breastfeed after nap in buggy and snack
6 - dinner
7.30 - breastfeed to sleep
