How long can you keep frozen purees - such as carrots - for?

I am not intending on weaning DS2 for another 2 months but I have some leftover carrots whichI thought I could puree and freeze for when the time comes (otherwise I will probably end up throwing them away). Will this be ok or is it too long?

i think 2 months would be fine, no problem.

Thanks - I guess I better go and peel some carrots then

About 6 months, by which time they probably won't be on purees!
