Good idea - my DS had some (bought) oatcakes the other day and seemed to like them. Have a look on babyledweaning.com for recipe ideas - I bet there's an oatcake one on there.

My DD likes mini oatcakes by Nairns. They are pretty plain and not sweet at all.
She hasn't got a sweet tooth, so doesn't really like any baby buiscuits because they are all so sweet, but loves those mini oatcakes.
So your baby might not fancy them if he's into sweet stuff!
I also have a recipe for oatcakes, but it's not a local recipe, so I'm not sure it's exactly what you are looking for, although their taste resembles the baby oatcakes made by Organix. Anyway, I'll be glad to give you this recipe, just drop me a line.
