I'm really interested to see how different all the diets other babys of this age are. For example, what did your baby eat yesterday?

Well, DS is 9 months.

Breakfast - porridge, half a banana.

Lunch - bread, cheese, cucumber sticks, raisins.

Snack - biscuit

Tea - Salmon, pots, green beans, sweetcorn, nicked a bit of steak from daddy!!, yoghurt for pud.

We are blw, so he gets various stuff from us as well thrown on his tray!! He tends to eat everything and anything. recently his faves are aubergine and courgette, I can't stand them though!!

we are 9.5 months and are a bit stuck for inspiration at the moment so probably wont be very useful but:

Breakfast - porridge
Snack - half a hot cross bun
Lunch - cream cheese finger sandwiches, some dried apricots
Snack - rice cakes, some rejected banana ahem, half a train ticket
Dinner - spag bol then natural yoghurt

We arent doing blw so sometimes she will have lentil casserole etc instead of a finger food tea if we are having something inappropriate like sausages.

peachsmuggler · 19/02/2009 20:05

DD (9 1/2 months) had
Breakfast:1 crumpet with Philly, half a banana, milk.
Snack:Handful of blueberries, 2 mini breadsticks, water.
Lunch: Bread, goats cheese, roquefort pinched off my plate, salami, olives, tomato, cucumber. A Pear.Water.
Tea: Decent sausages, mash, carrots, peas and runner beans. Strawberries and apple.Water.

Didn't intend for her to have so much salty food for lunch but she nicked most of it off our plate and enjoyed it!!

hmmn ha ha my baby ate half a grape and half a cherry tomato. I offered him other things but he wasn't interested. He does eat marginally more than that sometimes! I have to keep saying foods for fun until you're one like a mantra. Well, he sure aint wasting away.
