Cheese salt levels?

I've seen cheese suggested for after 6 months & would like to be able to put on toast for DD. But all cheese seem to be labelled as really high salt. Now, is this a proportion vs volume issue that I shouldn't worry about for the amount that would go on toast, or do I need to be careful while she's still small?

I use Gruyere cos it's a low salt cheese.

Also mozzarella and parmesan.

I used ricotta for a while and philadelphia doesn't have much salt either. IMO it shouldn't be a problem if it's a small amount. they don't eat 100 g per day.

Thanks for the replies. I haven't had Philly for ages, off to the shops.
