Am clueless as to snacks

DS will be one at the end of the month and currently eats 3 square meals/day with about 4 bfs - one before breakfast, one mid-am, one mid-pm and one before bed. There's also often a middle of the night one too. I'm getting to the point that I'm ready to wean him from the bf - frankly I hadn't planned on doing it this long but he refused to take a bottle so here we are. Anyway. He's had a mild dairy intolerance (I think I overdid it around 7.5 months) and just this week I have reintroduced a small amount of yogurt at lunch which he is tolerating really well . I guess this is a whole lot of info before I get to my actual question, sorry. What on earth do I give him for snacks/drinks to replace the bfs. Presumably I'll drop one/week with the bedtime one going last. I don't want to overdo it with the dairy until I feel confident we're over the intolerance thing. I'm also not big on cooking .

In what way is he dairy intolerant? I cannot break down lactose but have no problems with yoghurt and strong cheeses (the stinkier the better ).

Snacks that I give my 9 mth old:
plain rice cakes
toast fingers (buttered or not)
1/4 of a marmite rice cake (don't want to over salt her!)
all sorts of fruit, bananas, etc
dried apple
bread sticks
rusks occasionally
avocado (if I am at home - too messy when out!)
sometimes a bit of yoghurt (if at home)

HTH
