How do I get 13 month old to drink more fluids?

Any ideas? He's perfectly willing and capable of using a sippy cup for milk or water but doesn't seem to drink much of either over the course of the day. Is there some trick I should know about?

if he is having wet nappies and isnt constipted then he is probably having enough fluids. As the saying goes 'you can lead a horse to water but you cant force it to drink'. He will regulate his own fluid intake so if you are making fluids available to him then there isnt a lot more you can do. My dd is the same and has always drank very little whereas ds would drink and drink and drink and spends all day in the toilet!!
