My dd is 26 weeks old today and she is on pureed food at the moment.

Just wondering when can u start giving finger foods and what kind of foods can i give her?

You can start offering finger food from now. Perhaps start with steamed veg - carrot sticks or brocolli 'trees'. Look up Baby Led Weaning (lots on MN about it, or google) for info on weaning straight onto finger foods (no purees!) and you'll find lots of ideas and recipes.

It's supposed to be around 6 months but I'd personally say wait until she can sit up completely unaided that way you know she's far less likely to choke If she can do that already go for it
