which cheese do you give to your dc. what's the lowest salt content you've found?

I didnt really check and just used cheddar, red leicester, double gloucester, etc (whatever we had to hand really)

i always found it difficult to assess salt content in cheese.
that said, i do think the calcium and protein benefit of cheese outweighs the salt, if your baby is having a healthy diet. and i just gave in moderation.
the salt thing is really difficult, because i for one, saw 'no salt' everywhere, but that just isn't possible with also providing a healthy varied diet, for foods such as cheese. my theory is that if everything else is cooked from scratch and without salt, a bit of cheese, a bit of bread was fine.
anyway i ramble on and you asked a very simple question which i haven't really answered!
