Weaning Books - Annabel Karmel or Gina Ford

hi, i'm looking for an easy to use Weaning guide with advice on how much food to replace for milk etc at what age etc... ie weaning for dunces! can anyone suggest which might be better - I have Annabel Karmel's 100 purees already as a gift.. thank you!

sasamaxx - if you meant the book by Jenni Maizels then i can recommend it. ds really likes lots of the recipes.

Gina Ford was just what I was looking for - not phasing milk out too quickly etc.. very prescriptive but good for my 'baby brain'. have a puree book from Annabel Karmel so will mix and match... next week here we come!!!

If you can get hold of a second-hand copy, Cooking for Coco by Sian Blunos is written by a proper chef, so the recipes are so much better than in most weaning books. I did BLW, so didn't use the purees, but she does have great family food ideas.
