My ds is now 5 months and we have been trying him with a little solid food for about 4 weeks.
Sometimes he is interested other times not

Just wondering when you give them the solids ie after/before a bottle or in the middle

We have been doing this after a bottle but i am just curious as to how others may feed solids x

I think lots of experts say bottle/bf first then food.. especially when so young. Recommended age for beginning solids is 6 months.

Yes i normally give bottle first.

We started weaning on the advise of a nutritionist and salt as ds has had problems with his sucking/swallowing coordination and they thought we could try and get extra calories in with less effort!
