I stupidly gave my dd egg for dinner(5pm) (shes 8 months) as theres no allergies in the family and tbh I had forgotten about the yolk/white thing.

she woke at 9.45 in obvious pain, very windy and very hard to calm. I have given her some calpol and cycled her legs etc and she has burped a lot.

Theres no rash or swelling or anything else but she does have some wheezing.

What should I do now - how long would you all watch her for before putting her back to bed? Is there anything else you can do to alleviate her stomach pain?

I was thinking about giving her a bf - but would that just make it worse?

giving her bf won't make it worse. i would settl eher back down.

tbh it could be anything that has upset her, the only way you can be sure is to try it again, in a couple of weeks time.

thanks for that - will try to settle her now. God I hope it works . I was worried about adding something else into her tummy as well if its all bloated but she probably wont take much anyway.

eggs always made my ds2 sick, he could tolerate them by about 3 yrs and will eat them now with no effects but doesn't like them.
