What milk do you use on cereal?

I am currently using ebm on cereal for my 8mo dd. I have delayed giving any dairy at all due to family history and my general paranoia about allergies. I am planning to introduce dairy in the next month, and hoping to be able to stop expressing which I find a real chore. What do you use on cereal at this age? I can't decide whether I should use full fat cows milk (the rest of us all have semi-skimmed), or should I use formuala until she is 12 months? I know it is ok to use cows milk in cooking from 6 months, but nutritionally would it be better to be using formula on cereal? I'm also not sure of the wisdom of using 'raw' cows milk rather than as a cooked ingredient.

I used cows milk. Full fat, organic.

But we had no issues with allergies for dairy in the family

Formula is made from cows milk anyhoo

And if you're worried about allergies, it also has soya and fish in, plus whatever else, so if there was a reaction it would be harder to tell what it was to.

I used full fat cows milk with cereal from 6 months

I used ebm until 9 months and then gold top channel island milk on cereal for my lo, because he had started walking and was dropping down the centiles...we too have a family history of lactose sensitivity and he has not shown any sign of intolerance so far (15 mths now)

I will use rice or oat milk as ds is dairy intolerant, and I don't really do expressing.

We dont have any history of intolerance in the family so had no need to worry but we were told at about 7-8 mths that we were perfectly fine to use full-fat milk on cereals and all foods and have never had any problems, as long as you dont count ds deciding that he didnt do formula any more as cows milk tasted SOOOOO much better. Therefore he has been on cows milk since about 9 mths.

Hadn't occurred to me to try Oat or Rice milk CSWS - never tried them myself. Presume they are calcium fortified but do you happen to know what they are like for protein?

Am keeping fingers crossed that we will be ok with dairy and if so will probably stick with cows milk.
