can u please tell me when i can start giving my son cows milk he is 11 months it seams to have changed as i gave my dd it when she was 10 months but since then i have heard all dif things some people say when he starts solids other people say a yr old n now i got told i can give him it now

i am confused

they can have it from 6 months, but not as a main drink (that should be breastmilk, or formula)
they can have it as a main drink from 1 year
