ds 28 weeks refusing all food except fruit and yoghurt mixture - is this a terrible thing to have 3 times a day?

Basically he started weaning at 6 months and initially ate a variety of food. Since a horrible cold a week ago he has refused everything except yoghurt mixed with fruit (plain yeo valley full-fat yoghurt with fruit puree) He cries and refuses to eat anything else. Would it be the worst thing in the world to just go along with this for a few days and hope he comes out the other end soonish? Surely this isn't that bad for him?

They go through phases all the time.

When DD was teething she didnt eat for a week, milk only.

I would continue offering a variety of things. How long has he been on fruit and yoghurt only?

The last three days, before that we had about four days where he wouldn't eat anything (he was full of a snotty cold though). What concerns me is that when i try to give him other foods he gets really upset which I think is starting to have a knock-on effect for other mealtimes. Should I just have a few days of going with the fruit/yoghurt and then try re-introducing other things do you think?

DD does BLW, so I only ever offer food - chuck it down in front of her and see what happens - so I would always just offer (but in smaller quantities and what I was making/eating anyway) so she would either just ignore it or throw it on the floor.

I am sure that this phase will pass soon.
