Ds is 12 months and was BLW'd and has always eaten everything put in front of him, other than has never been a big fan of veg which didnt consern me to much as he eats vast quantities of fruit.

About 2 months ago he started getting fussier and fussier (i know this is normal) but its now at the point where other than maybe half a slice of bread all he will eat is fruit. Now i know there could be worse
thing for him to only eat. But he is so active i can he how he can keep growing and developing on fruit alone!

Is this normal?
Am i over worrying?

I just wanted to add a message as I am going through something similar and wanted to show support. My gut feeling is that he won't suffer from going through a phase of this, and surely something is better than nothing. Plus, fruit is great for you. I would guess that when he needs more he will take it.

Having said that though, I have just posted a very similar thread on the basis that my ds will only eat fruit and yoghurt and I'm worried this isn't ok.

I think we are probably both too close to the issue to see that this is absolutely fine in the short term and will pass. Please tell me that you agree!

Nice to hear im not the only one! Some days he is pickier than others for example today he rejected ham sandwhich, yoghurt, porridge and egg fried rice (boy do i keep bloody trying) but on top of his usual mountain of fruit he ate some salad in ceaser dressing, including some spanish onion? Of all things!!

How old is your ds?

Ds has pleanty of energy and although hes always being on the light side he is graining weight consistantly. Which makes me think im just being silly.
