Hello. I posted this on the allergies topic but any thoughts from weaning would be greatly appreciated. My DS is 10 months old and is allergic to milk, soya and eggs. I am hoping for some suggestions for things he could eat, especially ones that are fattening .

My DS (now 14 months) used to love mashed up avocado and cheese, in a sandwich or in toasted pitta bread. But if cheese is out then you could perhaps make it with chicken instead?

I'm trying to think of more ideas, will post again if any come to mind
