Weaning and watery poo?

I seem to have become a little poo obsessed since having a baby but please could someone tell me if this is normal.

DS has been BLW for nearly 3 weeks and his poo had been getting gradually more solid but the last couple of days he's done a solidish poo in the morning and then in the afternoon a watery one - not just runny bf poo but really watery.

I've been giving him a lot more different things more quickly than I would have done if we weren't doing BLW but he does shovel an awful lot in so I'm wondering if I should slow down a bit?

Could he be teething?

try and slow it down abit
try and find out what is causing the watery stools

He's not got any other signs of teething but I guess it's got to happen eventually so I wouldn't rule it out. Definitely going to stick to tried and tested veg for a few days and see if that helps matters.

Dd had watery poos when she cut her first tooth. She was generally ok and then I found the tooth one morning!
