Helloooooo.
Does anyone know if you can freeze banana?
DS is 28 wks and doing mix of BLW and pureeing. All recipes I found in books say not to freeze it, don't know why tho, except for one which was just mango and banana pureed together which it says can be frozen for up to 4 wks.
He loves chomping on slices of banana but want to plan meals ahead if poss.

I did and was fine. Texture did go a little funny, but DS always ate it !!

I used to have 'banana pops' when I was little - 1/2 a banana with a stick in it then frozen - sort of like an icecream
