Need to feed babies and have question

Posted on food board but no advice forthcoming! Here's a paste

Did some roasted butternut squash for the babies on Sunday. Stored in fridge overnight. Yesterday we went away for the day and I took it with me but didn't use it. It spent the day being carted around in the changing bag .... it was a cold day but not quite fridge temperature . Returned it to the fridge.

So, the million dollar question is ... can i use it or will I poison the poor ladies? They're 28w and only on solids for 2 weeks so don't want to take any chances ... but they do love it and I don't have any more

TIA

Can anyone help please or shall I just forget the squash and mash a banana?!!

I would bin it.

Bramshott · 09/12/2008 13:44

What is in it? Is there any milk, or is it just squash and water?

littleducks · 09/12/2008 13:44

bin i'm afraid (is very annoying though i agree)

I wouldn't give it to them and I'm usually very lax about these things! But not at that age and for that long out of the fridge.

Hope they enjoy the banana!
