He loved it and he slept betetr which may be a coincidence but was still nice.

Dr Michel Cohen's invaluable and sensible book (the only baby book I ever read) advises it from 10 months - it will be fine!

DD was 11 mo when we gave her cows milk, she will not take anything else now. I am sure he will be fine.
