Tripp Trapp Chair Instructions Wanted!

Ok, also posted on for sale & wanted!

I've just bought a tripp trapp chair from John Lewis who are not stocking them any more, and it's ex-display. So no instructions...

I have:
a frame
2 backrests
2 seats
2 metal bars

No allen key but I have one handy. Can anyone tell me how to build this and adjust it? Baby is currently 5 months.

Tip: better with 2 - I did it alone, but easier to have someone to hold the pieces in place....
