BLW - how do you get them to eat healthy food.

Okay - I'm not a blw purist as I'm doing some mush combined with giving Dd bits of what I'm eating as finger food.

She will happily chomp away on cheese on toast, in fact anything on toast. She will suck bits of meat, eat banana, mango, avocado, fish etc. However, I can only get vegetables into her as mush. If I give her a piece of broccoli, a pea, some butternut squash etc then she puts it to her mouth and then throws it away. I've tried it dipped in cheese sauce but it's to no avail.

Is this normal?

Diet sounds ok, dd ate far more healthily as a BLWed baby than now! I'd be inclined to just let her have a variety and see if she eventually eats it. Dd often took a fair few goes (about 8 months for carrot! and over a year of not 'liking' banana when she liked it at first and now likes it again...)
