Can a baby have quorn?

Have just made a quorn casserole and used a baby stock cube and didn't add salt. Just checking that a 7 month old can have quorn

Some people (adults too) get a funny reaction to it with diarrhoea. Otherwise can't see a problem. Mine have had it.

Remember this coming up before and someone has asked the manufacturers of Quorn and they said they did not recommend it before 2 years.

I know it has egg protein in it and the protein is low fat.

I've also heard that it's not recommended under 2 years - too salty or something.
