Can my 19 month old have a satsuma?

I'm sure I read somewhere about them not having citrus fruits before a certain age.

Not sure what the guidelines are but DD 18 mths has been having satsumas for the last month with no ill effects.

Thats good then. I did give him a bit in the end and he spat it out. Which is just typical really.
