Dd is almost 7 months and finally on 3 meals a day (sometimes with pudding). She has 4 bf between 7 and 7 which means she is getting fed every 2 hours. She is only on the 2nd centile so with a mixture of mush and blw I'm trying to get a lot of calorific food in (buttered toast, avocado, mango, shepherds pie etc)

Why does she now need 2 feeds through the night when she used to only need 1. She is also much more wakeful. I really thought that it would get easier once she was eating.

Will she evr not need a feed through the night!!

because solids often have no effect on sleep
because she's teething
because she's thirsty after all that food?

this too shall pass...

Quite normal. I cannot remember when my breastfed DD stopped feeding at night. But it was well after 15 months...

"She will sleep 7-7 soon."

Are you a mother or a dictator?

Lots of babies never, ever sleep 12 hours a night you know, let alone without a snack in the middle...
