started weaning dd (6 months) who has always been quite a windy baby - but now she seems to be up half the night with wind. it might seem like a silly question, but i was wondering if blw is more likely to produce more wind than purees which, being smooth, are easier to digest? or am i clutching at straws?

I don't know if BLW would make a difference TBH- although it's more solid they also eat less. I do know it can take their digestion a while to get used to solids and til then their sleep can be disturbed. Sorry! Would something liek gripe water help?

thanks pinkmunkee. it's reassuring to think her sleep might just be disturbed for a short while as she gets used to eating. i think i can cope with that. also i hadn't thought about it in terms of blw babies eating less.
