Doing amixture of mush and blw with dd who is 6.5 months. I'm going to have an omlette tomorrow - can I give her a bit?

Also, did anyone see the blw article in the Guardian today>

Didnt see the article. What was it about?

Omlette should be ok - has she had egg before? If not just watch in case there's a reaction.

No, not had egg yet. Maybe I'll just give her a tiny bit and see what happens.

I would say it is fine. Egg is fine from 6 months so as long as it is cooked properly and you don't add salt then there should be no problem. Yes do watch for a reaction after but unless allergies run in the family you should be fine. DD had egg at this age and didn't like it at first, but now she loves scrabbled egg.
