very big 6 month old

help! my 6 month old is eating 3 meals a day plus 3 8oz bottles, and is still waking up in the night for another one sometimes two bottles. he's a very big baby - 25lbs -i am worried he's not eating/drinking enough hence waking up, yet i don't want to overstuff him, but we need sleep!!! any advice???

He's still young enough to need fed at night.
He could have the hungry baby milk if you want to try. It can cause a bit of constipation though.
