WEANING IS SO EXPENSIVE AND HOW MUCH BABY RICE SHOULD I PUT IN HIS BOTTLE???

My baby is 12 weeks and so it's time for him to start weaning.

I've been to Asda and got some baby carrots and some baby sweetcorn - they were really expensive for little vegetables. I did ask what drinks they had for babies but other than babycham they couldn't find any so I've got some milk and some baby rice.

But how much baby rice should I put in his bottle and also, do I need to mush up the carrots before I put them in also or do they need liquidising or wot?

actually....I think just feeding him chocolate buttons would be fine. they melt well, so won;t choke him, and they taste good......and contain calcium thanks to the half pint milk that goes into every packet.

What about if you just dip the dummy in your baccy tin?

I was sarted on that at 2 weeks and it never did me any harm.

What about Baby Bio? What age can I start my DS on that?

NoBiggy · 26/10/2008 19:43

Any age, just take the little cap off the bottle, pop the teat on, bob's your uncle.

Looks good and healthy too.

LMAO off at the back ribs

No baby vegetables are not a suitable first weaning food.

I would liquidise a greggs sausage roll with a little fruit shoot juice to soften it.

MommyHasaHeadache · 26/10/2008 19:56
