Casserole made with wine - yes or no?

Since the alcohol will have been cooked away, is there any reason not to give 9 month old baby the casserole?

No reason at all, it's fine (lots of Annabel Karmel recipes have small amounts of alcohol in them).

i was wondering exactly the same!
i am making a lasagne this weekend for friends visiting and am hoping there may be a little left for ds on sunday (and it has red wine in).

I've always given ds food that has wine in, the alcohol is all gone as you say, and it does add some lovely flavour to food which can be a little bland without any salt in it.
