Eggy foods

When is it ok to introduce egg dishes to babies food, e.g. scrambled egg, omelette etc?

DD is 6 months and we do both mashed stuff and finger foods.

No known allergies in family.

Thanks

In the UK they say 6mo but in a lot of European countries we're told to hold off until 1yo and then introduce the yolk first as the white is more allergenic.

I personally took the European approach but that's my choice. Try a little bit of mashed yolk first then see how you go.

Thanks Brangelina. Wonder why the guidelines differ
