is this an ok tea for an 8.5 month old??

aarrrggghh run out of veggie purees in the freezer....so I guess I will give him some finger foods for tea....

do you think it's enough to give my ds....

plain omelette
pitta bread with melted cheese inside
yoghurt
and try some banana.....

he enjoys feeding himself

I would do either the omelette or the pitta bread but it all sounds fine.

I'd do a cheese omelette and maybe give him a little bit of pitta bread.

Don't forget melted cheese can be very hot. Sounds delicious!
