introducing dairy/wheat/protein etc

My dd is just over 6 mo and i started her on baby rice/veg/fruit a couple of weeks ago. Cauliflower is a big hit and papaya/pear/apple are favourites.
I'm a bit confused though about introducing dairy e.g. full fat yogurt with fruit puree for breakfast; and wheat and protein etc. Do I have to introduce each thing separately with ingredients she has already had or should I just go for it and give her a chicken/pasta/veg combo at once?
Please let me know what you did/are doing!
By the way there are no food allergies in the family.

thanks a lot!!

As long as your LO is over 6 months and there's no history of allergies there's no rules in terms of introducing dairy/wheat etc. Just go for it!
